At LAMONTE NENGNONG, we are committed to delivering high-quality wooden products crafted with care and precision. Each product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
•Product received is damaged during transit
•Wrong product delivered
•Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. -
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
•Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation
•Customized or made-to-order wooden products
•Items without original packaging
•Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions -
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved:
•Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
•The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

Shipping Charges
•Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
